With My Own Hands ("the Service", "we") helps individuals and families grow edible vegetables and herbs at home. By using withmyownhands.com or the With My Own Hands app, you agree to these terms.
We provide growing recommendations, tutorials, reminders, weather notices and an AI "plant doctor" for home growing. Content is educational guidance for hobby gardening — results depend on your conditions and care, and we do not guarantee any harvest, yield or savings. The Service is not professional agricultural, medical or safety advice.
The free plan includes one active growing project with its full tutorial and a limited number of plant-doctor rescues. The Premium subscription ($4.99/month or $29.99/year, or the equivalent shown at checkout in your currency) unlocks unlimited simultaneous projects, the full plant library and unlimited plant-doctor rescues.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Purchases made on the web are processed by our merchant of record, which appears on your statement; purchases made inside the iOS app are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms.
You are responsible for your account credentials. You must be at least 16 to create an account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or unlawful activity.
Harvest Swap and other community features are venues between users. Exchange food at your own judgment, meet in public places, and comply with local food-sharing rules. We are not a party to swaps between users.
You keep ownership of photos and text you upload, and grant us a licence to store and display them to operate the Service. Our tutorials, app and brand are our intellectual property; don't copy or resell them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
