How to pick it so it keeps feeding you
Cut, don't uproot. Leave a couple of centimetres above the base and it pushes new growth within days — the same stump can go several rounds before it runs out of steam. When regrowth gets thin and pale, that one's finished; start a fresh piece and keep the cycle rolling so there's always one coming. First picking lands around day 100 from sowing; after that it's a rhythm, not a single event.
